Wanda Carol Osborne was born January 5, 1962 In Madison, TN to the late Joel S. and Josephine B. Reynolds Birdwell. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Dianne Birdwell. She passed away peacefully on August 16, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Thomas Osborne of Shelbyville, TN; daughter, Julia (Jamie) Throneberry of Shelbyville, TN; son, Andrew "A.J." Greer of Athens, TN; grandchildren, Isabelle, Mitchel and Jenny Throneberry and Gage Greer; sisters, Mary Ruth (Edwin "Pete") Saunders of Nashville, TN, Patricia Ann (James Thomas) Arnett, Sr. of Madison, TN and Reada Faye (Billy) Goolsby of Lebanon, TN; her dogs, Sparky, Scruffy and Buster; a host of other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 20, 2015 3:00pm – 9:00pm with Funeral Services at 7:00pm in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home. Committal will be Friday, August 21, 2015, 11:00am at Williams Chapel Cemetery. Directions to Cemetery; I-65N, exit 117 (Hwy52) go left, go through the 4-way stop in Orlinda and Cemetery is 3.25 miles on the right.
