Obituary of Bobbie Jean McPherson

Bobbie Jean McPherson was born in Cheatham County, TN, the daughter of the late Charly and Letha Knight Smith, Sr. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings, R.D. Smith, C.E. Smith, Charly (Bubba) Smith, Jr., Bessie Estes, Mildred Smith, Helen Smith, Meddidean Smith, Edith Nicholson, Reba Powell, and Elizabeth Adams. She was a Godly woman who loved her children dearly. She was an awesome mom and woman of valor. She was a people person and simply loved being around others. Church-going and God loving, she had been a member of the Church of God and last attended The River on Stewart's Ferry Pike. She loved to paint by numbers, crosswords and word search puzzles. She loved birds and especially missed her chihuahua, Dallas, who passed away some time ago. She is survived by 3 children, Wayne D. McPherson of Clarksville, B. Jan McPherson of Antioch and Michael L. (Sue) McPherson of Mt. Ephriam, NJ; Four grandchildren, Jeremy (Heather) McPherson, Justin (Tajma) Black, Savanna (Raymond) Lokey and Morgan McPherson; Five great grandchildren, Clare, Sam, Jaden, Jordan and Emlyn; brothers, Lawrence (Nancy) Smith, Gerald "Butch" Smith and Jessie "J.D." Smith and her sister and best friend, Tillie Graham; a host of nieces, nephew, other family members and friends.
