PLEMONS, Alice Alford, age 87 of Gallatin, passed away March 29, 2013. She is survived by devoted children, Brenda Ballou Keaton, Sherry Ballou Bullion, Jerry Ballou, Lynn Ballou; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, James Alford; three sisters.
