Survived by mother, Cynthia (Barry) Carlton-Lee; son, Justin Lee Lemmonds, Jr.; daughter, Jade Lee Simpkins; sister, Fashion Lee Carlton; brother, Jody Lemmonds. Visitation will be held in the chapel of Madison Funeral Home Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 2 until 6 p.m. with a funeral service following at 6p.m. with Reverend Chuck Groover officiating.
