Carter, Stephen Matthew age 39, passed away January 29, 2014 . Preceded in death by father, Emmett L. Carter; Survived by mother, Rebecca Joyce Hollerman Carter; sister, Kelli Douglas; aunts, Margie Smith, Linda Carter, Joyce Scott, Juanita Locke; uncles, Sunny Smith, Ronnie Carter, Henry Scott, Roland Holleman, Billy Holleman ; cousins, Todd Carter, Sherrie Curtis; friend, Sarah Forbs. He was a beloved son and brother and will be greatly missed. Visitation with the family will be Friday 1:00 p.m until Service time at 2:00 p.m in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home.
