Charles was a Bright Spot on Alcoy Street in NE Detroit. He was a Great Neighbor and Friend for 28 years. Always there if you needed a ride to pick up your car, watch your dog (whom he loved), or just sit and talk in his beautiful backyard. His kind, blue eyes, and his southern drawl will always be remembered. My God grant him and his family Peace.
