Melissa Powers of Hendersonville, TN. passed away on September 30, 2018 at the age of 61.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Lucy Owens.
Mrs. Powers is survived by her loving husband Mark Powers and loving children; son, Matthew Thomas Powers Sr. (Elizabeth Ann) and daughter, Michelle Diane Li (Nan Li); sister, Marilyn Darby (Roy); nephew, Brandon Darby; grandchildren, Matthew Thomas Powers Jr. and Austin Thomas Powers.
Mrs. Powers has 4 beautiful cats that she absolutely adored; Smokey, Emoe, Precious and Gemma.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home on Thursday, October 4th, 2018 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 5th, 2018 at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Beech Cemetery in Hendersonville, TN.
