John Louis Haynes Jr. of Joelton, TN passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the age of 66.
Mr. Haynes is preceded in death by his parents, John Louis Haynes Sr. and Vera Knight Haynes and sister, Joan Haynes.
He is survived by his sons; Anthony Caruthers of Madison, Eric Lee Caruthers of Nashville, Rodney Haynes of Nashville and Ronald Haynes of Nashville; daughter, Shameka Tyler of Nashville; grandchildren, Anthony Caruthers Jr., Kristiana Caruthers, Tamiesha Scott, Eric Caruthers Jr., Lee Anthony Caruthers, Ja'Marrius Kelley, Brandon Caruthers, Erica Caruthers, Lashonda Caruthers, Shamon Tyler, Jazlyn Tyler and Jamere Hall and a host of great grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. Haynes will be conducted on Saturday, January 5, 2018 at 2:00PM – 3:00PM in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home. There is no funeral service scheduled.
