Vickie worked for us for several years. The one thing I will forever remember about Vickie was the way she instantly took you in as her own. She didn't have to know you to love you. During one of our earlier conversations I must have mentioned that I had a fondness for birds because from that point on anytime she was out and about, and saw anything with a bird on it, I became the proud owner of that very item. There's not one room you can pass through in our home that doesn't have a Vickie gifted bird. Her thoughtfulness was unrivaled. She was wild about her family! Her grandbabies were her entire world. She was always telling us stories about the amazing thigs they were doing. She was so proud. I was so happy to hear about her beach trip with her family. I know she must have had the best time! We loved Vickie and will truly miss her sweet spirit. Sending thoughts of peace and courage to her family during this very difficult time.

I have known Vickie since we went to Amqui Elementary School. Our paths crossed again many years later at a local Church. We would often run into each other at various places in our community. She would always give me a big Hug and happy greeting. Vickie was a very kind and sweet friend who loved her family and she loved the Lord. My sincere sympathy to all who loved Vickie. May she rest in peace.

Vickie had such a beautiful soul. She had a personality one would often dream of. She was a great woman with a heart of gold. She fought the battle but God was tired of seeing her struggle. Although she wasn't my actual mother, she would tell you differently. I love you Angel

Nanny, you will truly be missed by so many. You touch so many lives. You were an angel from God. One of the best grandmother I could’ve asked for. You were my heart and world. You were always there for everyone. Put everyone before yourself and never thought twice and loved so deeply and that was the best thing about you . Watch over us nanny♥️ I love you.

My nanny was one of the most compassionate, loving, and strongest women I know. Anytime we were in a store she’d pick up random things like shoe strings and want to buy them because “one day somebody might need this”. She gave her last to everyone and never thought twice about it. She was truly an angel on Earth.

Mom,
You are gone but never forgotten. You were an AMAZINGLY strong woman. You always put others first and gave your last. You have truly instilled your caring nature in me and hope that I can do the same. I will truly miss you and regret that I didn't spend more time with you with only being two hours away.
I love you always Mom.
Your daughter Angela
