Survived by sons, Terry (Cyndi) Frontz and Kenny (Jill) Frontz; brothers, Hughlen (Delores) Shatley and Curtis (Diana) Shatley; sister, Carla Swindle; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
