Norval Raymond Russell, Jr., 60, of Madison TN, passed away peacefully at his home on October 3,
2021. He was preceded in death by his Mother; Barbara Brummitt Russell Dumman, and his Brother;
Anthony Dale Russell.
He is survived by his Son; Karl Bryan Russell, Sisters; Donna Milliken and Debera Russell White, and
Brothers; Richard Russell and Kenneth Russell.
Norval was a graduate of Madison High School and a long-time resident of Madison. He was a
dedicated member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Chapter 429. He enjoyed
nothing more than being with his son, Bryan. He dearly loved his family and friends. He will always
be missed and remain always in our hearts
