Bobby Jean Weaver, age 91, passed away on August 6, 2022, in Mt Juliet, TN. Bobby was born November 29, 1930, in Sparta, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fletcher and Pearl Weaver.
Bobby graduated from White County High School in 1950. She retired from the State of Tennessee in 1992. She was a long-time member of the Madison Church of Christ, where she served in the preschool department and with the knitting ladies.
She is survived by her cousin, Joyce Weaver Fortner, and Joyce’s children, George Fortner III (Amy), Vicki Fortner Adams (Brandon), and William Clay Fortner.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Forrest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Benevolence Center at Madison Church of Christ, 106 Gallatin Pike North, Madison, TN 37115.
