Survived by daughters, Vicki Lynn (Douglas) Hawk, Cheryl Anne (Mike) Ridings; sisters, Vivian Marie Lakebrink, Marcia Lucille Hollon; brothers, Terry Leon Burgess, Charles Michael Burgess; 11 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Visitation Saturday 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.
